The hotel offered two great amenities: a well-stocked breakfast buffet and free soup at the reception. The breakfast had a wide range of choices from different European countries, and the soup was a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located next to the opera and just a 10-minute walk from a famous bridge. This made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful views.

The loft room I stayed in was quite noisy due to street noise, difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I really enjoyed staying here, as well as hotel's staff and rooms.

Lots of supplies in the room: an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk.

One small improvement could be made in terms of timing. On some occasions, the hotel runs conferences which can restrict access to the bar and restaurant areas until 6 p.m., which could be inconvenient for guests wanting to relax and have a drink earlier.

The location of this hotel was fabulous, with most attractions within walking distance. It was close to the main attractions and the center of the city. it was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to reach from the airport.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, fast and reliable.

The breakfast was not up to par, with the hot food being only slightly warm.

Excellent location, elegant and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, value for money. Walkable to popular attractions, accessible public transportation. Early check-in, clean and modern room, English-speaking staff. Excellent breakfast with variety. Quiet and clean room, quality bed.

This hotel exceeded all our luxury expectations. the exclusive amenities, including the Jacuzzi and private facilities, were a definite highlight of our stay. the garden area provided a perfect oasis for relaxation. the buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options, including special diet menus. the room advantages were outstanding, with spacious, well-decorated and modern facilities. the location advantages meant there were plenty of nearby restaurants, bars and attractions.

The only negative aspect we encountered was the street noise outside our room. this was a minor issue and to be expected in such a central location.

The value for money was great and the room was fantastic, just as pictured. The location was convenient and the staff were helpful and attentive.

We were kinda surprised by the great location of this hotel. It was so convenient to walk everywhere and explore the city. The staff were helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room, although smaller than expected, was comfortable for the two of us. Despite some minor issues like peeling wallpaper, the location and staff more than made up for it. We only had breakfast at the hotel once, but it was reasonably priced and the buffet had a good selection. we would highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location and accommodating staff.

eurostars really impressed me during my recent stay in prague. the perfect location made it so easy to explore the city and find great places to eat. the cozy gym and comfortable bed with 5 pillows were a nice touch. the breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options and delicious desserts. the staff at the front desk were always helpful and even arranged a ride to the airport.

The private facilities in my room needed some maintenance. Though the Jacuzzi was relaxing, it was small for a hotel of this caliber.
